The Nursery is set within the main school and enjoys full use of all facilities. Swimming, IT, gym & dance and specialist music tuition are included in the weekly timetable. Children attend morning, afternoon or full day sessions. We also run a breakfast club, after school club, holiday club and a variety of after school activities, including a modern foreign language class. In our stimulating and well-equipped Nursery, learning is, above all, fun!

We offer full or part-time places for children during the school term.

The nursery is open from 8:30am to 3:30pm and after school clubs are also available.

Session Times

Morning session: 8:30am to 1:15pm, including lunch
Afternoon session: 11:30am to 3:30pm, including lunch
All day: 8:30am to 3:30pm

We continue to follow the Early Years Foundation Stage guidance, learning through play, both inside and outside, whatever the weather. The children have access to our secure, extensive grounds which provide an excellent environment for exploration and discovery.

Building your child's confidence and independence is an integral part of our approach. During their year in Nursery your child will learn to recognise and begin to write their own name and to develop their communication, literacy and numeracy skills through a combination of adult-led and child-led activities.

The classrooms and outdoor spaces are designed to ensure that every child has access to a wide variety of opportunities: to create, explore, investigate and share.

Your child's day is captured using a combination of photographs and observations and these are recorded in an individual learning journal which is presented to you at the end of the year.

Our qualified Nursery staff understand the importance of working closely with parents to ensure that your child feels valued, safe, secure and happy.
